Once you’ve completed the Mirror Maze, the Doll Puzzle, and the Fishing Puzzle, you can place the 3 mirror shards in the starting mirror. At that point, the Dryad Stick will be in the Reflection-Sarah’s hands. It’s really hard to see, so just move the cursor around until it turns into the hand symbol.
