This is presented in table format so it can easily be copied and pasted down for your own use/modification/etc.

1. The End	Witness the end of a season	Finish the game.
2. Deep Listener	Find a hidden botanical voice	Serene Pond, record Sonia’s grave. Video available below.
3. Grey Hands Praxis 101	Begin your political education	At the Assembly Point, pick up the Thoughts on a New Season flier on the table.
4. Love Uncoverer	Uncover some kind of secret romance	Give/tell Matyora the locket from the bird house at the ancient tree. I don’t think you actually get to take the locket from the tree. Video available below.
5. Graffiti Artist	Leave a mark on Tieng Valley	This is by the Dog Statue on the Cemetery Path/East Forest Path area. By the dogs, look for the green umbrella chair thing and the graffiti. Pick up the paper by the umbrella chair and then make a choice of what to put on the wall. Video available below.
6. Journal Beautifier	Completely customize a page in your journal	Get this once you fully fill in your first journal page.
7. Dream Listener	Listen to your friend’s weird but meaningful dream.	Listen to Pate’s dream. It can be an option when you sit on a bench by the Fruit Farm. Video available below.
8. Music for Cows	Play a herd of cows their favorite genre of music	Turn on the radio at the cow farm to a music station after the announcers are done talking. Video available below.
9. Tour de Tieng	Follow a little kid on a bike tour of the valley	Meet Kochi after going to the Fruit Farm. He’ll be a the West Cemetery Path. Video available below.
10. Home Leaver	A journal of a thousand seasons begins with a single step.	Get this once you leave mom’s house.
11. Outside World Seer	See the outside word before it’s gone	Get this once you leave the village.
12. Stranger Encounter	Encounter a stranger and have a pleasant interaction	Talk to the Grey Hand at the entrance to Tieng Valley.
13. Emotional Baggage Handler	Help Sophon pack the last of her things	This is the Fruit Farm lady in Tieng Valley. Just go through the story with her to get it. Video available below.
14. Artist Assistant	Capture Tieng Valley in a moment	Listen to Matyora’s song. The air raid siren will go off. Video available below.
15. Shrine Arriver	Arrive at the Shrine	Actually enter the Shrine. Reminder, once you enter the Shrine, you can’t explore the valley anymore.
16. Goodbye Tieng Valley	Exit the Valley before the flood enters it.	Get this when the monk drops you off in the morning.
