If you’re trying to determine the best gear for a combat build for the different mods you encounter in the game, this google worksheet could be helpful. Whether it’s trying to find all of the pieces that benefit a “Rifle does more damage” build or a “More Damage When Antea Has Low Spirit Points” build, the Equipment sheet lists out every piece of gear in the game (all Amulets, Bane Rings, Brooches, Decoctions, Outfits, Rifles, Saber & Firebanes and Wristbands), their location, and their perks, allowing you to sort by item and view all specific gear pieces & their perks at one time.
This allows a much easier way to compare and pick and choose what works for you. It can also show you where pieces you don’t have are, so that if you see a piece that has a perk you want, you now know it exists and where to find it. Enjoy!

This post has maps of those orb looking things called Soul Grabbers that I’ve found in the game. If you shoot a soul grabber with the rifle it’ll turn into a “soul shard” which is used for upgrades. Note that soul grabbers have an audio tell. It’s like the wind. If you hear wind, look around.
Finding 50 of them will grant you the The Good Hunter trophy.
If the map or directions aren’t good enough, you can usually find a corresponding video on my youtube channel for the area/chapter and check the description for timestamps. Most videos have them.
