This post lists all of the blue Energy Recharge Stations I’ve found in the game. It is a work in progress as I make my way through the game. I’ll add more when I find them.

Medical Level
I found 3 Energy Recharge Stations on the Medical Level.
The first one is in the Healing Suites where you start the game.
The second one is around the Central Hub, near the door the Gamma Quadrant.
The third one is up the lift in the Central Hub, on your way to Dr. Nathan D’Arcy and Althea Grossman’s offices. It’s in the hallway behind a secret wall.
Research Level
I found 3 Energy Recharge Stations on the Research Level.
The first one is in the Alpha Quadrant. It’s the same room where you turn on the power to the Beta Quadrant.
The second one is in the Delta Quadrant. Go south down the hall from start and it’s behind the puzzle door on the left. Go down the ladder and it’s in the tunnel.
The third one is also in the Delta Quadrant. It’s in the same room as the activation lever for the Restoration Bay. In order to get this one, you need to jump up on the lower level and climb up and in to open the wall. On Playstation, hit the JUMP and CROUCH buttons (X and O unless you remapped them) at the same time. That should get you high enough. This video also explains the weird jump.
Reactor Level
I found 1 Energy Recharge Station on the Reactor Level.
If you’re like me, you chose Reactor before Maintenance. I found one here. It’s north from the medical bay. From the starting elevator, go right, through the cafeteria like room and left into medical. From Medical, go north, jog right, and head up the long hallway. Turn left. It’s at the intersection.
Overall, it’s at the northeast corner around the Reactor Core.
Maintenance Level
On your first visit to Maintenance, you’ll only be able to complete the Central Hallway. There are 2 Energy Recharge Stations in this area.
The easiest one to get to is in the northwest corner of the central hallway.
The second one can be found behind the puzzle locked door on the east hallway.
Storage Level
I found 2 Energy Recharge Stations on the Storage Level.
For the first one, from the starting elevator, you can go either left or forward and around to the northeast corner. Pull the lever and enter the room. Destroy the 4 CPUs (don’t forget to write down their number!) and that will unlock a door just to the west.
The second one can be found Storage 5. Go down the long ramps and it’s at the corner, just before the larger storage room down here.
Flight Deck
I found 2 Energy Recharge Stations on the Flight Deck Level.
The first one is in Flight Bay 4 (first one off the elevator). In the control room, use the levers to position the platforms so you can jump across the upper level in the Bay room (I chose to pull level 4, which would provide alternating platforms for jumping). To get there, in the hallway by the elevator from Maintenance, go up the ladder and around the upper corridor. Take the door on your right. Jump across, and then use the Turbo Boots V2 (a pair of which are right there on the shelves), to just across to the Mod-Kit station across the way. The power recharge station is just past that.
The second energy recharge station can be found by the CPU, in the heavily radiated south area.
Executive/Groves
I found 3 Energy Recharge Stations on the Executive Level.
The first one was inside the Delta Grove. If you find the Chess Puzzle room, head north to an inside room.
The second one was at the start of the Beta Residential Hallway. You can enter here with the Admin Access Card found in the Delta Quadrant.
The 3rd card on the Executive Level can be found in the highly radiated Beta Grove. It’s in a side room in the same room as the Safety Interlock.
Engineering
I found 3 Energy Recharge Stations on the Engineering Level.
The first one I found is in the Alpha Quadrant. From the elevator from Executive, turn right and enter the door to the right of the Delta Antenna. It’s just in there.
The second energy recharge station I found was in the lower levels of the Delta Quadrant. South of the elevator, head to the lower level under the floor. It’s behind a secret wall just left of the Skorpion Mod-Kit station.
The third energy recharge station can be found in the same area as the Restoration Bay and Cargo Lift in the Gamma Quadrant. From the core (southeast corner), use the Turbo Boots V3 to get up to the top level. Enter the Gamma door and use the button to clear the X from either the front left or front right doors. Be careful of the proximity mines, and it’s down there.
Security
So far I’ve found 3 Energy Recharge Stations in Security, but I haven’t finished the level.
The first is in the central tower. Enter in from the north side.
The second is on the west second floor. Get here from the Extraction airlift found in the northwest of the ground floor. To the west is a switch. Activate that and it’ll open a secret wall to the recharge station.
The third Energy Recharge Station is in the Repair Bay (up the southeast lift, and you need the Security Access card from the office off the cafeteria on the 3rd floor, southwest corner), but this one comes with a caveat. Once you use it, it activates the five Security-2 robots currently in their charging stations. It is usable after killing them however, and you can “mostly” kill them in their stands. Save the game, and then test how many bullets or whatever it takes to kill one from the weapons in your inventory, then use one less on all of them. Then when they activate, they all only take one hit to finish off.
The fourth one can be found behind a Security Access door in the northeast corner. Map says 3rd floor, but it feels more like 2nd. There are a couple of ways to get here, but from the Repair Bay, take the airlift by the robots up, cross the room and come down. It’s the security access locked door at the end of the hall.
Bridge
I have found 2 energy recharge stations so far on the bridge.
From the arrival elevator, go northwest.
A second energy recharge station was found to the southeast. From the starting elevator, just go south.
