This post can be used for the Sprouting Potential and Full Bloom Trophies. It includes maps of all three regions and all of the Bellsprig and Tarsyu Saplings I’ve found. Note that during Rising Pressure, there is 1 Bellsprig that shows up that isn’t usually there. It’s noted with a green circle.
Kinglor Forest
The Boundless Range was hard to work around, so while every yellow circle is a Bellsprig tree, i tried to clarify if it was on the Boundless Range (B) or underneath it (U). Hopefully that helps.

Clouded Forest
There is one green marker. That’s a Bellsprig that shows up during the Rising Pressure quest. It will disappear after though, so hopefully you got it at the time. You can see it at 4:50 in my video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYg59qSf8Pc
