System Shock – Circuit/Junction Box Puzzle Solutions

This post shows the solutions of the Circuit Box/Junction puzzles I’ve encountered in the game so far. As I encounter more, I’ll post pictures of them here. I’ve separated them into two categories – regular and hard. The hard puzzles have a lot more of those brown pieces that only turn by turning the blue dials.

Hopefully you’ll find the one you’re looking for. You can also check out my youtube playlist of all puzzles I’ve solved so far. Plug Puzzle Solutions here.

The goal of the Circuit Puzzles is to connect the two red squares. The red squares with the softer edges are dead-ends.

Blues – the blue squares can be turned. They should have at least 2 “circuits” on them for the power to flow through. These can be 90 turns or 180 straight lines.

Some blues are troll circuits and don’t have any out paths on them. So don’t be surprised if you run into these.

System Shock – Plug/Junction Box Puzzle Solutions

This post shows the solutions of the Plug puzzle/Junction puzzles I’ve encountered in the game so far. As I encounter more, I’ll post pictures of them here. Hopefully you’ll find the one you’re looking for. You can also check out my youtube playlist of all puzzles I’ve solved so far.

Circuit Puzzle Solutions here.

The goal of the plug puzzle is to fill the meter up to between the two blue lit pieces. While these can be solved through trial and error (how i solved them), there are good videos on youtube explaining the math behind how to know what lines and what paths to follow if you want to understand the “why it’s 8 when i go through this way”.

Make sure the dials and the switches are all turned like they are in the photos as well.

These are all sorted by the amount the meter needs to fill up and how many plugs there are in the puzzle (# nodes, # plugs), so it should be easy to find the one you’re looking for.
