RE4R Request: Chapter 4 Catch Me a Big Fish

The note for this request can be found in the Lakeside Settlement behind the Insignia door. The fish in question can be found just to the left of the Boathouse.

When you gain control of the boat in Chapter 4, head back out into the lake, just past the Boathouse.

You should see him in the water in front of or to the side of your boat.
