Resources for Callisto Protocol

Callisto Protocol Resources File Google Sheet

Version 1.0 released April 30, 2023 (Maximum Security only)
Release for Max Difficulty and 1.0 for Hardcore released May 9 & 18, 2023
Release for Final Transmission June 30, 2023
Release for Audio files both pre and post update 1.23, as well as FT data files.

The file includes four worksheets:

  • One for main game maximum security resources
  • One for main game hardcore difficulty resources
  • One for dlc maximum security resources
  • One of main & dlc audio/data files (both pre/post update 1.23)

There appears to be a lot of randomness with the loot. The contents of glass cabinets, lockers, loot boxes etc all appear to contain random loot, as well as items just sitting out in areas. Therefore, this file will be noting the locations of the containers, but not necessarily their contents and has a new category called RANDOM. When this column says something like “2x – in room” that means there are 2 items in that room that are going to be random. Could be ammo, health, credits, or batteries.

Sheet Descriptions

  • Version Sheet – This sheet details the contact information, version information, publish dates, etc for this workbook.
  • Maximum Security Difficulty Resources – This sheet is a list of all resources found in Callisto Protocol on Maximum Difficulty. There is a high rate of randomness in this game, not just in lockers and loot boxes and glass fronted cabinets, but just out in the open on counters and stuff as well. This sheet has a RANDOM category to try and account for that.
  • Hardcore Difficulty Resources – This sheet is a list of all resources found in Callisto Protocol on Hardcore Difficulty. It is very similar to Max Security Difficulty. The largest difference is that sellable items appear to be worth 50% of what they’re worth in Maximum Security.
  • Audio File Locations – In update 1.23, some of the audio file locations were moved. This file shows the original locations as well as the locations after the 1.23 update and the data drive locations for the Final Transmission DLC.

Longneck Locations

There are 11 Longnecks in the main game and 2 in the dlc. All of them are killable before they strike with the exception of the one in the Habitat Chapter. It’s at the top of the ladder in an optional looting area, so anyone going for no hit/no damage should avoid this one unless something new comes up and someone figures out how to kill it.

Aftermath Chapter:
There are 3 in the basement.  Once you get off the plummeting elevator:

  • One right at start. You can shoot it while still standing in the elevator.
  • From longneck #1, jump up on the upper area and aim around slightly to the left to get the next one.
  • From #2, after the next enemy from a floor vent, slowly continue forward and to the right and it’s by a fan in the wall.

In the room with a lot of pipes, you’ll see Elias at the control panel for the Tram off to the left through a window:

  • Look forward when you see the far wall has a grate in it.  It’s under that.
  • Second one is at the bottom of the stairs just after the baby alien corner. Not too far ahead of the previous one.

Habitat Chapter:

When you reach the Habitat Dome door, this one is in the Maintenance F815 looting area.  Downstairs in the blood room, if you go right and up the ladder it’s up there. As far as we can tell so far, you can’t pre-kill this one.

Below Chapter:

  • After the tactical pistol schematic spot, go down the ladder and turn around.  It’s at the other end of the room.  You can kill it by staying by the column. This is the first reforge room of the chapter.
  • A few rooms after the reforge machine you’ll come to a more open room with spike walls  It’s in there.  When you shoot it, 4 blind guys will come out, but not be alerted.  You can’t shoot it through the railing, you have to be around the side to do it.
  • From the previous one, climb up the collapsed concrete and stop just before the gross tunnel. It’s down to the left, don’t enter too fast.
  • When you first enter the Power Station, there’s reforge room on your left.  It’s in here.
  • The secret room under the power station.  This is in the middle of the room.

Final Transmission:

  • Restricted Access – After you drop from the vent and talk to Mahler, this is through the door.  Avoidable.  Stand left of the door when it opens.
  • Just before the first sleeper enemy.  It’s behind the barrel at the corner.
