The Resources for RE4R are the same regardless of difficulty, so this file is useful for all of them. This file will tell you the location of all barrels, crates, cabinets, briefcases, lockers, crafting resources, knives, grenades, ammo, treasure, dlc treasure, locked drawers, keys, weapons (found in the game, not bought from the Merchant), spinels (found in the game, not gotten from fulfilling requests), and mission required items. Resources are only confirmed for ng, not ng+.
The Resource file for RE4R contains the following sheets:
- Version Notes
- RE4R Resource File v#.# – This sheet is a list of all resources found in the Resident Evil 4 Remake game, including the locations of barrels, crates, knives, crafting materials, ammo, treasure, dlc treasure, locations of spinels outside of the merchant, and other information.
- Gem Treasure Locations – This sheet lists out all gems in the game (non-dlc) as well as all treasures that have inlays available. They are sorted by overall location, as well as within chapter, allowing the user to be able to determine what gems are available by the time the treasure is collected.
- Gems and Inlays – This sheet lists the default price and number of gems and inlayable treasures available in game (non-dlc) along with the number and type of inlays available. It also reiterates the game’s gem bonus numbers. Use this sheet with the Gem Treasure Locations sheet to determine what gems will be available by the time a treasure is collected and calculate a price for sale.
- Separate Ways DLC v#.# – This sheet is a list of all resources found in the RE4R DLC Separate Ways, including the locations of barrels, crates, knives, crafting materials, ammo, treasure, price of the treasure, and other information.
