This post shows an overall floor map, plus route maps for each chase sequence and videos of each of the 5 chase routes in the game.
Floor Map
This floor map can be found on the wall at the start of the game and probably further on, but once I had it I stopped looking for it.
Chase #1
You’ll start the chase in room 205. Once you open the door, turn around and go through 204 up to 201, out into the hallway, and into room 206.
Chase #2
You’ll start this chase in room 214.
Chase #3
For this chase, duck into 207 and out of 206 in order to bypass the monster in the hallway.
Chase #4
For this chase, you have to go down the hall far enough to trigger the monster to come out of 212. Backtrack to 210 for a circle to get around it, and go through 212. Continue forward until you find another split/circle. Take the second right (I say left in the video) so you have more time to get around the monster and out the door. Go up the stairs off the hallway.
Chase #5
For this one, just after opening the door to the hall from 212, turn around and go past the couch to connect to 205. After that, use the hallways to find the rooms you want.
